Chicken Kabobs






What you need

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts- cubed
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 large red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 cup BBQ sauce
Skewers



What you do


Soak skewers in water for about an hour
Preheat grill on high
Thread chicken, green pepper, onion, red pepper pieces onto skewer alternately
Place kabobs on heated grill and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook, while turning and brushing with more BBQ sauce for about 15 mins or until chicken juices fun clear
